Phew!

And now we have 3 kids. They are all very cute, and I couldn't imagine the world without them. I also couldn't have imagined the world with them. They are a ton of work, and I don't even do half of it.

So Holt is a very open child. He tells you how he feels and today was no exception. At one point today, Andrew told him he couldn't go swimming in the back yard. He was very upset and told Andrew, "Papa, you are making me very sad right now". Then tonight before he got in bed, I set up a table in his room and pulled out his box of legos for him to play with in the morning. He says to me, "Mama, I love you so much. This makes me so happy"

I love that little guy is in touch with his emotions. His wife will appreciate that one day. And I appreciate it now. I love you too Holt and you make me happy.

So, we haven't blogged in 6 years. But a lot has changed. Something about having 3 little people in the house makes you want to write. Kids are inspiring. I love them more than air. And I don't want to forget the things they say and do. Someday, I can see a time in the far off future when I look back and think....those were the best days of my life....some of the hardest, but definitely the best.

So, this is a blog for me and for my family. Something that will hold the memories and make us smile and maybe even sometimes cry.
